Comment on Rasa dance – an expression of selfless love by T.Sita Ramaiah.
Rasa dance is a deep and intimate pastime of Lord Sri Krishna which is not possible to understand by ordinary persons. Due to this, people mistake it for ordinary lusty affair. By following the footsteps of great souls like H.H Radhanath Swami Maharaj, it is possible to understand it. I learnt what is selfless service. (Not expecting anything in return). It’s very amazing.

Spontaneous love not confined to Sundays or other holidays. This statement is so striking. Our love to God has to be eternal. Thank you Maharaj.

Essence of all religions
“The substance of religious system is not simply to know God but to develop love for God. If as spiritual students we forget this essence and focus only on the externals, we will eventually consider one religion to be superior or inferior to others. The fight over the external symbols of religion has led to riots, wars and more recently suicide bombings.” Thank you Maharaj for this wonderful teaching.

View CommentUsually all of us pray for material things like wealth, good job, nice spouse, etc and we also make deals saying that if we get what we ask for, then we will donate coconuts or feed brahmins, etc. But that is not what we should pray for. We should pray out of love and a sense of gratitude. We should pray for his love and blessings.
