Different types of intoxication
‘If we are not spiritually intoxicated, we will be intoxicated materially’. Material intoxication will give us enjoyment for a while, where spiritual intoxication will give us happiness for each and every moment. I pray that one day we all get fully intoxicated by the holy names of the Lord. Hare Krsna!!!

American by birth, Indian at heart
Very inspiring. We think that by improving our technology only,we are progressing. But truth is that by making our lifestyle as given in our vedic culture, we can make progress in the path of going back to Godhead which is the only goal of our life. Then only we’ll be called “civilized”. Thank you Maharaj for reminding us the values of our culture.

View CommentUsually all of us pray for material things like wealth, good job, nice spouse, etc and we also make deals saying that if we get what we ask for, then we will donate coconuts or feed brahmins, etc. But that is not what we should pray for. We should pray out of love and a sense of gratitude. We should pray for his love and blessings.
